Our hours of operation are entirely determined by our performance calendar. Doors generally open at 8pm, but we occasionally have earlier or later door times, so please check our calendar for details.

Please note: times shown are Door Times (not showtimes), as showtimes are subject to change. Our shows usually start 30-60min after doors open. If you have questions about the showtimes, please use the contact form on our website 48hrs before the show so we have time to respond.

Tickets are available here or may also be purchased via Tixr App on iPhone or Android.

Tickets are also available for purchase with cash or card at our box office. (Please note all tickets are electronic, not physical tickets)

**Hidden Hall box office is not open during the daytime. The box office opens at the advertised door time for ticketed shows only, and can also sell tickets for future events anytime it’s open for ticketed shows. Please have patience if there’s a line for admissions, as we try to get through the entry line before serving patrons for future ticket purchases.**

This is most likely a browser setting issue. Please try:

1. disable “pop-up blockers”
2. try “private browser” or “incognito window”
3. try switching to another browser
4. if on computer, try on mobile phone (or vice versa)
5. download Tixr App for iPhone or for Android.
6. Visit support.tixr.com or email support@tixr.com. They’re pretty responsive and want to help you!

When online tickets are sold out, we will do our best to release any additional tickets at the door shortly after the headliner goes on, based on check-ins / no-shows at the time. We won’t know until then, and no guarantees.

Please don’t buy fake or price-gouged tickets out of desperation, we can’t guarantee tickets unless we sold them and we want to discourage scalping and scams. Instead we suggest you come on down to the show and try to buy an extra off somebody in person. Good luck!

No. All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the case of an event cancellation. However, tickets ARE 100% transferable and can be gifted or sold to anybody, the names on the tickets do not need to match.

By purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event to avoid any mistakes.

We understand that life sometimes throws curveballs, however we cannot refund tickets due to: sickness or injury, inability to get to the venue, inclement weather, change of plans or any other personal reasons not listed here.

If your dog ate your tickets or you can’t locate them in your email, no worries! You can check in at the front door with your ID and we can look them up for you!

In the case of an event cancellation without a reschedule date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used for the purchase, or a mutually agreeable credit may be issued in some circumstances.

If an event is rescheduled, all ticket holders will be contacted with a limited window of time to request a refund, after which all tickets will be transferred to the new date and no longer eligible for refunds.

Please visit our Private Events page or email info@nectarlounge.com for private event inquiries. Be sure to include the party size, type of event and date(s) requested. We suggest contacting us a minimum of 2-3 months in advance with venue rental requests.

Yes, table reservations are available.

Hidden Hall is primarily a standing-room venue, however we do offer seating on our mezzanine, patio, and stools may be available in limited quantities.

Most seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, however we do have a limited number of tables available for reservations on our mezzanine.

  • Table reservations are only available as an “add-on” to an online ticket purchase. Add any number of tickets to your cart and click “checkout” and if tables are still available, the option to purchase a table reservation will appear. (if the option to purchase a table does not appear, that means all tables have been reserved.)
  • Table reservations are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Typically our tables all sellout the day tickets go on sale for our bigger shows.
  • We try our best to hold your table reservation all night, although we ask you to please arrive not more than 2 hours after doors open to guarantee your reservation. After this time we may need to release table reservations subject to capacity.

We can also reserve private rooms or other sections of the venue for large groups, depending on the request and availability. Please visit our Private Events page or email info@nectarlounge.com with reservation requests.

Hidden Hall’s front entry/exit and main floor showroom, bathrooms and patio are all on ground level, and are ADA and wheelchair accessible.

Hidden Hall is primarily a standing-room venue with limited seating available, including “ADA Priority Seating”.

When you check in at the front door please let us know if you’d like any assistance and we’ll accommodate as best we can. Enjoy the show!

You are more than welcome to take photos with your smartphone for personal use only (no flash). If you are a professional photographer (or an aspiring one) and wish to take photos for anything other than personal use, you must contact us at info@nectarlounge.com. Written permission from the artist(s) will be required.

Yes. If you left an item behind, please email us at info@nectarlounge.com and we will get back to you, usually within 24 hours. Please note that if your lost item is not claimed within 48 hours of contacting us, we reserve the right to donate the item, dependent upon storage capacity.

Email us at info@nectarlounge.com and we will verify that we have your card. We suggest contacting us as soon as possible if you left it behind. We will let you know a good time to come by to pick it up!

All tabs opened receive a $25 pre-authorization charge. This will clear from your statement in a few days. If you wish to avoid this, please pay either in cash or close your tab immediately.

Yes! The entrance to our venue is on street level with no stairs, so the main floor and outdoor patio are completely accessible. Only our mezzanine has a stairs-only entrance.

Hidden Hall does not have a designated parking lot for patrons, however there is street parking available within walking distance of the venue as well as paid parking lots across the street.

(please be careful to read signs if parking on side streets, some of them are zoned parking areas and you could get ticketed and/or towed)

You must have a current driver’s license, state ID, military ID or passport. Your ID cannot be expired. You must be 21 or over. We occasionally have all ages shows (check our calendar for details).

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We do try to staff a coat check for busier shows during the colder / wetter months. When available, coat check is $4/item or $7 for two items.

Whenever coat check is NOT open, we allow guests to self-check their coats/bags at no cost, but at your own risk. (i.e. Hidden Hall will not be held responsible for any items that are left in coat check)

Please do not bring backpacks to the venue. Leave them at home or in your vehicle. If you arrive with a backpack and do not have an option for storage, we ask that you make other arrangements.

Yes, you can bring in outside food, within reason. For larger groups please inquire about a large group reservation, and then we can address for any food requests as well.

No, you cannot bring in any outside drinks but we’ve got a full bar to satisfy your thirst!

COSTUME POLICY:

No full face coverings (Full masks may be worn if pulled up on the head). Staff must be able to recognize/verify photos on government-issued ID.

No fake weapons or violent props such as guns, knives, baseball bats, lightsabers, etc.

No costumes that mock race, religion, heritage, cultural identity, or trivialize human suffering.

WEAPONS OF ANY KIND (Regardless of any licenses or Permits)
Including Firearms, pocket knives, leatherman, pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, wallet chains, studded belts, etc.
May also include other items determined potentially dangerous by our Security Staff or management.

OTHER ITEMS:
Drones, balloons, beach balls or related items, laser pens or pointers, noisemaking devices, whistles, air horns, poles/sticks to display flags, banners, large signs, pamphlets, fliers, handbills (unless previously approved) OR ANY other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Venue Management.

PATRONS WHO ATTEMPT TO BRING PROHIBITED ITEMS INTO OUR VENUES WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN THEM TO THEIR VEHICLES. IF YOU ARE EJECTED FOR BRINGING A PROHIBITED ITEM YOUR TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

Hidden Hall does not allow smoking of any kind on the premises. We have a Zero Tolerance smoking policy. If you are caught smoking on the premises, you will not receive a warning, you will be immediately escorted off the premises, and your tickets will not be refunded.

Our house policy, as posted at the front entrance to the clubs, states:

We at Nectar Lounge and Hidden Hall have ZERO TOLERANCE for Sexual harassment, racism, aggression, bigotry of any form.

If you notice such behavior please tell staff. Please practice patience, respect and acceptance!

Please know that guest safety is our top priority and we will do what we can to make all our guests feel safe and welcome in our spaces, which includes removing individuals who do not comply with our policy.
